This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from RHEOS SKIN CARE and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards, and returns or refunds are limited as described below.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we aim to be transparent and fair while prioritizing safety, hygiene, and product integrity.
Return Eligibility ✔️
Returns are accepted only if approved in advance by RHEOS SKIN CARE and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The original seal remains intact
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- A Return Authorization (“RA”) is obtained from RHEOS SKIN CARE prior to sending the product back
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Items 🛠️
If your item arrives damaged during transit or is materially defective due to a manufacturing error, you must contact RHEOS SKIN CARE within 48 hours of delivery to request a review.
To initiate a review, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- Any additional information reasonably requested by our team
Important: Cosmetic characteristics such as scent preference, texture, color tone, packaging variations, or individual skin response do not constitute defects.
The determination of whether an item is defective or damaged is made at the sole discretion of RHEOS SKIN CARE following inspection.
If a defect or damage is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping Costs 💵
For approved returns that are not the result of a confirmed defect or damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage, RHEOS SKIN CARE will cover the return shipping costs using a shipping method selected at our discretion.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refund Processing 🔄
Refunds are issued only after a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by RHEOS SKIN CARE in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
RHEOS SKIN CARE reserves the right to withhold or deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
RHEOS SKIN CARE reserves the right to deduct any applicable restocking or handling costs where permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Items ❌
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, or tested skincare or cosmetic products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Items not returned in their original packaging
- Final sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Gift cards
These exclusions are strictly enforced due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory considerations.
Lost or Missing Packages 📦
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking information shows that a package is still in transit for an unusually extended period, please contact RHEOS SKIN CARE and we will assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier where appropriate.
If tracking information shows that a package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and verifying delivery details. RHEOS SKIN CARE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Claims related to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Signature confirmation may be offered at checkout where available.
Allergic Reactions 🌿
RHEOS SKIN CARE products may contain ingredients that could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and for performing a patch test before full use of any product.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with product use, including potential allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual responses do not constitute product defects and do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation.
Refund Method 💳
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will not be issued via alternative payment methods, store credit, cash, or bank transfer unless required by applicable law.
RHEOS SKIN CARE is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
