RHEOS SKIN CARE currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available, and orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled without notice.

All orders are processed on a made-to-order basis and typically require 3-7 business days before shipment. Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.
Order processing begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Fulfillment Partner - Selfnamed 📦
All RHEOS SKIN CARE products are produced, packed, and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Selfnamed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment processes are handled by a third party and that certain delays or limitations related to manufacturing, packaging, or shipping may occur outside of RHEOS SKIN CARE’s direct control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information provided by the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments 🔁
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak seasons, or logistical disruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds or replacements.
If a shipment is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, customers may contact RHEOS SKIN CARE and we will assist, where appropriate, in initiating a carrier inquiry.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping such orders may require additional shipping fees.
Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
Incorrect Addresses ✏️
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders that have entered production or have been shipped cannot be modified or redirected.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping such orders may require additional shipping fees.
Shipping Fees ❗
All shipping fees charged at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Shipping fees are not refunded in cases of delivery delays, refused shipments, incorrect addresses, or returned packages.

Lost / Delivered Packages 📦
If tracking information indicates that an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.
RHEOS SKIN CARE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. In such cases, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to investigate delivery details or file a claim where applicable.
Requests for refunds or replacements due to packages marked as delivered will not be approved.
