By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our products are sold exclusively within the United States.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Selfnamed)
By purchasing from RHEOS SKIN CARE, you acknowledge that:
- Products are manufactured and fulfilled by Selfnamed
- Selfnamed receives your shipping information solely to fulfill orders
- Production begins immediately and orders cannot be modified once processing starts
- We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner
Made-to-Order; Order Changes & Cancellations
RHEOS SKIN CARE products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner, Selfnamed. Production may begin immediately after an order is placed.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that delays or limitations related to manufacturing and fulfillment are outside of RHEOS SKIN CARE's direct control, and you agree that such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
6. Cosmetic Use; Allergy Disclaimer; Assumption of Risk
RHEOS SKIN CARE products are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and no medical or therapeutic claims are made.
Individual results may vary. Some individuals may experience irritation or allergic reactions. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and for performing a patch test before full use.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with product use, including potential skin reactions or sensitivities. RHEOS SKIN CARE shall not be liable for adverse reactions, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
7. Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only.
Processing Time: 3-7 business days
Shipping Time: 5-15 business days
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all returns, refunds, exchanges, and related conditions are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy shall control.

We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify, including:

Suspicious or fraudulent orders may be cancelled.

- Shopify (hosting and checkout)
- Selfnamed (production & fulfillment)
- Payment processors
- Analytics & email platforms
These providers operate under their own policies.
We are not responsible for third-party errors or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the purchase or use of any RHEOS SKIN CARE products shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You and RHEOS SKIN CARE waive any right to a jury trial.
Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RHEOS SKIN CARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the purchase or use of any products.
In no event shall RHEOS SKIN CARE’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
